Job Summary: 

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing an organization's financial activities to ensure optimal liquidity, risk management, and financial efficiency. This role involves monitoring cash flow, managing banking relationships, assessing financial risks, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Senior Treasury Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance treasury operations and implement best practices in cash and risk management. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. 

• Assist in developing and implementing cash management strategies to optimize working capital. 

• Manage bank relationships, including account structures, banking fees, and cash management services. 

• Conduct financial risk assessments, including foreign exchange exposure, interest rate fluctuations, and liquidity risks. 

• Support debt and investment management activities, ensuring compliance with financial policies. 

• Prepare treasury reports, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making. 

• Assist in maintaining compliance with banking covenants and regulatory requirements. 

• Automate treasury processes and improve operational efficiency through technology. 

• Provide support in corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure analysis and funding strategies. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA preferred). 

• 3-7 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking. 

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. 

• Knowledge of financial instruments, treasury systems, and risk management techniques. 

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
